Traditionally open weekends from early September until October 31st for produce and pumpkin sales, as well as our popular Fall Decorator Kit Fundraiser, Troxell’s has expanded and now offers weekday field trips and special events. Whether you’re looking for a fun and educational field trip, earning a merit badge, celebrating a birthday, or looking for a great day out with the family, Troxell’s can provide that wonderful "Welcome Fall!" feeling.

This hands-on learning center gives kids a taste of farm life while creating the crucial link between how food is grown and how it gets to our table. Kids can dress a scarecrow, gather eggs in the hen house, milk a pretend cow, and pick produce.

Much more like a petting farm, our petting zoo will give kids and adults alike the chance to get up close and personal with common farm animals. Ducks, chickens, turkeys, pigs, goats, roosters, and even calves can be touched and fed. Feed is only $.50 a cone. We even have EMU’S!!

School Trips can be booked for $4.50 per child and include all of our attractions and a Goody Bag consisting of story book and small pumpkin or gourd.
Birthday Parties & Boy/Girl Scout Troops can be booked for $4.50 per child and include all of the above, as well as an on-site bonfire (extra cost) for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows (not provided). This outing as a Scout will qualify you for a merit badge.

Hot Air Balloon Romp-Bounce ~ every weekend in October, weather permitting. Come bounce on The Castle, our Moonbounce. Pumpkin Launching! Picnic Woods Alpacas, weekends in October.
